Assembler
Automation is hiring full-time Make-to-Stock Assemblers for the day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM). This role focuses on assembling products, cleaning parts, operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
 
Pay Rate  
$15 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours  
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
 
Assembler Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Set up, monitor, and adjust manual and automated machinery. 
  • Follow documented quality procedures and specifications. 
  • Produce high-quality products while minimizing scrap and waste. 
  • Monitor equipment and assist maintenance with repairs and modifications. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement (LCI) initiatives. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. 
  • Complete production transactions, work orders, and timekeeping activities. 
  • Support safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
 
Assembler Qualifications and Requirements 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Basic math, reading, speaking, and English communication skills. 
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. 
  • Good hand-eye coordination. 
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 
  • Ability to stand for extended periods. 
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
