ROLL MILL OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is seeking Roll Mill Operator for a metal tube manufacturing facility in Rossville, GA. Candidates will set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material. This is a full-time temporary to hire position.
 
Pay Rates:
$17.00 per hour (or more based on experience) 
 
Schedule and Hours
Monday-Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm
 
Roll Mill Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up, calibrate, and align roll mills according to production specs
  • Operate roll mill machinery with accuracy and consistency
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues during production
  • Perform routine maintenance using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments
  • Maintain quality control through inspections and documentation
  • Support fabrication work, including welding, tooling setup, and parts fabrication
 
Roll Mill Operator Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2 years prior machine operator experience in manufacturing environment
  • Use of calipers, micrometers, or tape measurer
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
  • lift to 50 pounds & push up to 300 pounds
