DESPACHADOR(A) – Fin de Semana
Automation Personnel Services está buscando un(a) Despachador(a) de fin de semana para una empresa en Norcross, GA. En este puesto, tendrá la oportunidad de unirse a una empresa de logística en crecimiento donde desempeñará un papel esencial en la coordinación de entregas diarias, el apoyo a los conductores y la contribución a una operación dinámica que mantiene el flujo eficiente de mercancías.

Salario
$17.00 por hora

Horario
Sabado y domingo, de 4:30 am a 1:00 pm.

Responsabilidades y Deberes del Despachador(a)
  • Coordinar y asignar rutas a los conductores de acuerdo con los horarios, rutas y necesidades de los clientes.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con conductores, clientes y miembros del equipo sobre actualizaciones de servicio y cambios en la programación.
  • Supervisar las operaciones diarias y realizar ajustes en los horarios cuando sea necesario para garantizar un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
  • Mantener registros precisos de actividades de despacho, entregas y comunicaciones con clientes.
  • Atender llamadas entrantes y brindar un servicio al cliente profesional.
  • Dar seguimiento al progreso de los servicios y reportar retrasos o problemas a la gerencia.
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas y captura de datos según sea necesario.
 
Requisitos y Calificaciones del Despachador(a) 
  • Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés y español. 
  • Experiencia previa en despacho, logística, servicio al cliente o funciones administrativas, requerida.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y establecer prioridades en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
  • Conocimientos básicos de computadora, incluyendo Microsoft Office y correo electrónico.
  • Puntualidad y asistencia confiable son indispensables.
  • Examen de detección de drogas y verificación de antecedentes como parte del proceso de contratación.
