INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN / PANEL FABRICATOR

Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Electrician / Panel Fabricator for a company based in Lawrenceville, GA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on custom-built industrial equipment and electrical systems while expanding your technical skills with a respected manufacturer specializing in fluid handling and heat transfer systems. This position offers hands-on experience with unique projects in a growing environment where quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued. 

Pay Rate: $26

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Industrial Electrician / Panel Fabricator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret engineered drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
  • Build industrial electrical control panels from engineered drawings.
  • Perform electrical wiring and assembly on custom equipment skids.
  • Comply with UL508A standards for industrial control panels.
  • Repair and refurbish used equipment according to customer specifications.
  • Assist with fabrication and assembly of industrial equipment projects.
  • Operate forklifts and various shop equipment safely.
  • Build custom crates and skids for finished equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 

Industrial Electrician / Panel Fabricator Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of fabrication experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical panel assembly and wiring practices.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
