INDUSTRIAL METAL LABORERS 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Industrial Metal Laborers for a company based in Clanton, AL. Must be dependable and hardworking individuals eager to contribute, learn new skills, and support efficient, safe operations as part of a team.
 
Pay Rate 
$16.00 to $17.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Saturday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
 
 Industrial Metal Laborers– Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare steel materials for the galvanizing process in hot atmosphere
  • Stacking Zinc
  • Painting Poles 
  • Load, unload, hang and move steel products
  • Inspect finished materials for quality
  • Operate basic tools and production equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all plant safety procedures
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned
Industrial Metal Laborers– Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous Industrial labor experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding work
  • Comfortable working around steel, heat, noise and industrial equipment
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach and move throughout the shift
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Steel-toed boots and required personal protective equipment must be worn
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
