Assembler II
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler II for a manufacturing company in the Alliance area in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will contribute to a quality-focused production team while gaining valuable experience in a structured manufacturing environment.
 
Pay Rate
$22.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
 
Assembler II Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery while following work orders, blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy; identify defects and report issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to 5S standards and applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Meet production goals and timelines while following company, safety, quality, customer, and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing, EMC teams, and/or FIH initiatives; follow updated policies, procedures, work instructions, and annual training requirements.
  • Support the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and perform other duties as assigned.
 
Assembler II Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in electronic assembly, repair, refurbishment, production, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to assemble, disassemble, inspect, test, and rework electronic devices and components according to written procedures and quality standards.
  • Ability to use small hand tools. Precision tools, scanners, testing fixtures, and basic computer systems to complete and record production work accurately.
  • Must follow all safety procedures, including ESD-safe handling practices and proper handling of lithium-ion batteries and sensitive electronic components.
  • Ability to identify cosmetic and functional defects while maintaining accuracy, quality, attention to detail, and daily production goals.
  • Clean background and Drug screen required.
