A-Level Mechanic
 Are you an experienced automotive technician looking to take your career to the next level with a trusted local dealership? Automation Personnel is seeking an A-Level Mechanic to join an amazing team in Columbia, TN. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong diagnostic abilities, advanced repair experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
 
 
Pay Rate  
 $40+
 
Schedule and Hours  
Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Days Off: Sunday and one additional day during the week
 
 
 
A-Level Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues on a variety of vehicles.
  • Perform advanced maintenance and repair services, including engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake system repairs
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and software to accurately identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs
  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining dealership quality standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate repair needs and timelines with service advisors and management
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and document all work performed
 
 
 
 
A-Level Mechanic Qualifications and Requirements: 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
  • Experience working on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and vehicle electrical systems.

  • Drug screen and criminal background check required
