Electronics Repair & Test Technician
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Electronics Repair & Test Technician for a leading electronics services company in the Alliance area of Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will inspect, test, repair, assemble, and package mobile phones and other electronic devices while contributing to a quality-focused production team. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to develop valuable skills in electronics repair, quality control, and production operations.
 
Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
 
Electronics Repair & Test Technician Duties and Responsibilities
  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and process mobile phones and electronic devices according to work instructions.
  • Repair, assemble, and disassemble electronic components using appropriate hand tools and equipment.
  • Process rejected devices and accurately document inspection and repair findings.
  • Follow approved handling procedures to protect products from scratches, drops, and other damage.
  • Meet production goals while maintaining quality, safety, customer, and regulatory standards.
  • Receive, organize, and store materials to support production and shipping operations.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure devices meet customer specifications.
  • Properly use designated tools and equipment while seeking assistance when needed to prevent workmanship errors.
 
Electronics Repair & Test Technician Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and complete tasks accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a production environment.
  • Experience with inspection, assembly, repair, or testing processes is preferred.
  • Ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory, material flow, and production processes.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
