LICENSED CONCRETE QUALITY ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Licensed Concrete Quality Associate for a company based in Bessemer, AL. 

Pay Rate 
This range is strictly dependent on experience.

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 30 pm.

Licensed Concrete Quality Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections on product forms 
 
  • Perform pre-pour inspections on all products and verify blueprints are correct for mold setup 
 
  • Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with established quality control procedures and standards. 
 
  • Perform daily concrete testing (slump, spread, VSI, air content, test cylinders 
 
  • Document daily concrete testing results to management 
 
  • Follow guidelines to maintain a safe working environment 
 
  • Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisor including clean up and housekeeping tasks. 
 
Licensed Concrete Quality Associate Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferred 
 
  • ACI and NPCA certifications (or the ability to obtain) 
 
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass drug screen and background check 
 
  • Ability to expertly read tape measure and blueprints 
 
  • Attention to extreme details 
 
  • Ability to perform job specific physical requirements under the specified working conditions including, but not limited to: 
 
  • Willing to work on knees and lifting 50lbs
