Restoration Technicians 
Automation Personnel Services is seeking dependable Restoration Technicians for a company based in Montgomery, Alabama. In this role, you will be repairing residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, smoke, mold, and natural disasters. You must have government issues star Driver’s License or ID to have access to some commercial properties. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
Technicians perform demolition, moisture extraction, drying, and cleaning, operating in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Key responsibilities include site assessment, mitigation, using professional equipment, and providing empathetic customer service. Removing damaged materials (carpet, drywall, insulation) and cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing areas affected by fire, smoke, or sewage.
Pay Rate 
$16.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 7:00 pm. 
(Must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.)
Restoration Technician Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform demolition, moisture extraction, drying, and cleaning. 
  • Operating in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. 
  • Wiping down items, such as walls, shelves, countertops, etc. from smoke damage.
  • appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.
  • Follow all safety precautions and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
 
  • Other tasks/duties as required by employer or management. 
 
Restoration Technician Qualifications and Requirements
  • Flexibility to work 12hr shifts. 
  • Ability to lift 25lb throughout shift. (Lifting assessment given in the office)
  • Attention to detail and good customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proper unexpired documents required to complete the Federal I-9 process.
  • Background and Drug Testing are required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
