Dees brings over 15 years of experience in sales, real estate, media, and marketing to her new position. Most recently, she was a top-performing Realtor with ARC Realty, earning multiple accolades, including Top Producer Premier Level and Rookie of the Year. Her career has been marked by a dedication to relationship-building, strategic growth, and client success.
