In this role, McKnight will oversee branch operations, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in the region.
McKnight brings extensive experience in recruitment, business management, and workforce development. She previously served as a Talent Coordinator for Automation Personnel Services, where she managed the full-cycle recruitment process, developed strategic hiring solutions, and built strong relationships with clients and candidates. Prior to her staffing career, McKnight was the Owner/Operator of The PPG Store, successfully managing operations, marketing, and financial performance for over a decade.
