Client Services Representative – Payroll Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues.<\/div>\n
• Maintain employee payroll records, time and attendance, new hires, terminations, benefits, and deductions.<\/div>\n
• Process full-cycle payroll, including file feeds, time sheets, and attendance tracking.<\/div>\n
• Provide exceptional customer service through professional phone and email communication.<\/div>\n
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.<\/div>\n
• Assist with special projects as needed, which may occasionally require overtime or weekend work.<\/div>\n

Client Services Representative – Payroll Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n
• Minimum 5 years in Payroll, HR, Benefits, or SaaS customer service.<\/div>\n
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).<\/div>\n
• Proficient in 10-key data entry.<\/div>\n
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.<\/div>\n
• Friendly, approachable, and collaborative.<\/div>\n
• Bilingual skills are a plus.<\/div>\n
• Project management experience is a plus.<\/div>\n
