\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Match artwork printouts with corresponding work orders<\/span>
\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Sort and route work orders to the correct departments<\/span>
\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Maintain organization of documents and materials<\/span>
\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Communicate effectively with team members and customer service<\/span> <\/strong><\/span>representatives<\/span>
\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Perform accurate data handling and administrative support tasks<\/span>
\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Assist with additional duties as needed and participate in cross-training<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills<\/span>
\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment<\/span>
\u2022 <\/strong><\/span>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal<\/span><\/div>\n
