Electrical Quality Inspector Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span> <\/strong><\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

  • Inspect and test outgoing electrical products to confirm they meet required specifications and quality standards.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to verify correct assembly and wiring.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Use testing equipment and measurement tools, including a multimeter, to check continuity, voltage, resistance, and overall function.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform troubleshooting on electrical circuits using schematics and test results to locate faults.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Verify performance on both AC and DC electrical systems as part of routine inspection.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify nonconforming parts or workmanship issues and separate <\/span>product<\/span> that <\/span>does<\/span> not meet standards.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Document inspection findings, test results, and any defects in a clear and consistent manner.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support root cause analysis by reporting what was found, where it was found, and what conditions were present during testing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Communicate quality concerns to production and leadership so corrections can be made and repeated issues are reduced.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow all safety requirements and quality procedures while working on the floor and around electrical equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain an organized work area and keep testing tools in proper working condition.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • High school education or equivalent required.<\/span><\/li>\n

    • Additional certifications or quality related training is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing settings is highly desirable.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of AC and DC electricity and basic electrical theory.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to read electrical schematics and apply them during inspection and troubleshooting.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Comfortable<\/span> using <\/span>a multimeter<\/span> and other measurement tools as part of daily work.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Detail oriented with strong organization and documentation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Able to work independently while also supporting the team when needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
