EMBROIDERY DESIGN SPECIALIST<\/span>
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an <\/span>Embroidery Design Specialist for a company based in Largo, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine creativity and technical expertise in a fast-paced production environment, helping transform customer artwork into high-quality embroidered products for a nationally recognized promotional products company. Embroidery Design Specialist Duties and Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n
    \n
  • Transform artwork and customer designs into digital embroidery files for production.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review artwork throughout various stages of completion and discuss necessary changes with supervisors and production teams.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Determine logo sizing, stitch density, underlay settings, and thread color selections for embroidery projects.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review push\/pull compensation, entry\/exit points, lettering, and object placement to ensure high-quality embroidery results.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prepare sequence sheets and digital files for embroidery machine production.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Process artwork change requests from the production floor in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review artwork compatibility and suitability for specific products and materials.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure customer specifications and company quality standards are met.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Embroidery Design Specialist Qualifications and Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n
      \n
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs required.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to successfully complete Wilcom digitizing training provided on-site.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or a related field preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Previous digitizing, embroidery, printing, or production artwork experience preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment while meeting deadlines and quotas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
