Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Paper Roll Packager for a company based in <\/span>Farmers Branch<\/span>, TX. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build hands-on production experience while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing team focused on quality, precision, and efficiency.<\/span><\/div>\n

Paper Roll Packager Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Package finished paper rolls according to work orders and specifications<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Apply correct labels including SKU, size, lot number, and customer information<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Install core plugs, end caps, and protective materials<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Wrap rolls using kraft paper, stretch wrap, poly, or boxing as required<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Inspect rolls for defects such as damage, contamination, or incorrect sizing<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Verify roll specifications including width, diameter, and quantity<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Palletize finished goods and secure loads for shipment<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Complete production tickets, packing slips, and required documentation<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Use scanners or ERP systems to confirm inventory transactions<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Communicate discrepancies or issues to supervisors<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Paper Roll Packager Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to read and interpret work orders and labels<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Basic math and measuring skills<\/span><\/li>\n
