Cook Duties and <\/strong><\/span>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

  • Prepare foods according to established recipes and guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Clean, cut, and prepare ingredients for main dishes, desserts, and appetizers.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Sautee, flambe, roast, bake, grill, steam, and boil various meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other foods.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Utilize knife techniques for chopping, slicing, cutting, and dicing ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Accurately follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work across multiple production stations, ensuring quality control checks on taste, texture, and temperature.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation within the kitchen.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform additional duties as needed, including kitchen maintenance and equipment cleaning.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Ability to follow exact measurements and recipes for food preparation.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Excellent attendance and punctuality; weekends are mandatory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
