In this role, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a pharmacist and the Pharmacy Purchasing Supervisor, supporting the day-to-day activities of the pharmacy department. <\/span><\/div>\n

• Pack patient orders for shipment per policy and procedure to ensure all medication, supplies, and durable medical equipment (DME) arrive undamaged.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Maintain a clean, orderly, and fully stocked work environment including pharmacy, shipping area and warehouse space. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> Assemble shipping boxes and ensure adequate shipping supplies, including boxes, packing material, and ice packs, are always available.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> Perform clerical duties of department which includes filing of patient charts and shipping of additional items via FedEx.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> Comply with the policies and procedures stated in the Injury and Illness Prevention Program by always working in a safe manner and immediately reporting any injury, safety hazard, or program violation. <\/span><\/div>\n

\u2022<\/span> Basic level of understanding and use of computers application that includes Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet technologies.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> Operate office equipment which includes computer, scanner, printer, copier, and phones.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> Proactive approach to managing workload, able to multitask and handle frequent interruptions.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022<\/span> Display excellent judgment on a consist basic with sound decision making abilities. <\/span>
