    As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the face of Automation Personnel Services throughout your territory. Your focus will be on developing new business while strengthening long-term relationships with existing clients.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and sales calls<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Create strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with branch leadership and recruiting teams to deliver staffing solutions<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting in CRM software<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Partner with Accounts Receivable to support timely collections<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outside sales<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Strong communication and relationship-building skills<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Proven ability to generate and close business opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Excellent organization and time-management abilities<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Staffing industry or industrial sales experience<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
