  • Equipment Setup<\/strong><\/span>: Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and electric equipment, including PLC’s, HMIs, VDFs, Servo systems, and Robotics.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Collaboration:<\/strong><\/span> Partner closely with the Engineering, Controls, and Robotics teams to facilitate the seamless commissioning and startup of new installations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Cabinet & Structure Building:<\/strong><\/span> Assist in the design, component procurement, building and commissioning of automation <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Infrastructure Wiring:<\/strong><\/span> Install and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting, fixtures, and other essential electrical components. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Instrumentation Management: <\/strong><\/span>Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation devices, including flow meters, level sensors, load cells, pressure transmitters (PTs), RTDs, and analytical instrumentation.<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Advanced Troubleshooting:<\/strong><\/span> Perform advanced diagnostics on automation equipment, motors, and VDFs. Test electrical\/electronic equipment and parts for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Power Distribution:<\/strong><\/span> Install, repair, and test switchgear<\/span>, transformers, load reactors, industrial batteries, and hydraulic\/pneumatic control systems. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Blueprint Reading:<\/strong><\/span> Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to ensure execution matches design specifications. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Safety & Code Enforcement:<\/strong><\/span> Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards or defects. Follow and enforce WorkSafe regulations, company-mandated health and safety standards, city\/provincial bylaws, and the National Electrical Code (NEC)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Project Communication:<\/strong><\/span> Maintain clear, professional, and direct communication with internal employees, supervisors, and external contractors <\/span>too<\/span> ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.<\/span>   <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Licensure<\/strong><\/span>: Must be a Licensed Journeyman Electrician.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experiencia:<\/strong><\/span> Minimum of 2 years of experience as an E&I Technician working directly on Industrial Control Systems.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Specialized Experience<\/strong><\/span>:<\/strong><\/span> Proven experience designing, installing, and troubleshooting safety circuits.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Transit:<\/strong><\/span> Must possess a valid Class D Drivers License and a reliable personal vehicle. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Working knowledge of PLC control systems with basics PLC programming skills. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of MCC and control wiring (VDFs, Servos, Contactors)<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Practical experience working with Industrial Control Panels.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical standards and code requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft office. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Drive:<\/strong><\/span> Self-motivated to solve complex problems, understand how things work, and actively expand your career in industrial automation. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
