They work with various materials, such as galvanized steel and aluminum, interpret blueprints, and ensure the quality and integrity of our products (roof curbs, drop boxes, etc.).<\/span>  <\/span><\/div>\n

MIG Welder Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span> <\/span> <\/span>
\u2022 <\/span>Fabricate customs and standard products from blueprints with high attention to detail and efficiency. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Familiar with safe welding practices. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Capable of blueprint reading and interpretation skills. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>MIG weld 10- to -20-gauge galvanized steel for adapters, curbs, and other products (Can be taught) <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Capable of learning to read fabrication drawings with some instructions. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Work closely with engineers, fabricators, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful project completion. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Must be physically capable of loading fabrication parts onto the weld table. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Must be quality oriented with strong attention to detail. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Must have a working knowledge of MIG welding machines with respect to preventive maintenance and control settings to obtain maximum efficiency. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Other tasks\/duties as required by employer or management<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n

MIG Welder Qualifications and Requirements <\/strong><\/span> <\/span>
\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n
• Required 1-year previous MIG welding experience. <\/span>

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred<\/span><\/div>\n
