Automation Personnel Services<\/strong> busca a alguien con experiencia Inventory \/ Forklift Operator<\/strong> to support our Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating reach and sit-down forklifts, performing material movements, and ensuring timely inventory transactions within SAP or a similar ERP system.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Inventory \/ Forklift Operator (Reach & Sit-Down) Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Operate reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. <\/li>\n
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments from vendors and carriers. <\/li>\n
  • Verify quantities, inspect materials for damage, and compare shipments to purchase orders and packing slips. <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate closely with the Procurement Team to ensure accurate receiving and inventory transactions. <\/li>\n
  • Enter receiving, inventory adjustments, transfers, and material movements into SAP or other ERP systems. <\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories. <\/li>\n
  • Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations. <\/li>\n
  • Stage materials for production and internal departments. <\/li>\n
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation. <\/li>\n
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Inventory \/ Forklift Operator (Reach & Sit-Down) Duties Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Bilingual (preferred)<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 2 years of forklift experience, including reach truck and sit-down forklift operation. (preferred)<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience. <\/li>\n
    • Experience using SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, or another ERP system. <\/li>\n
    • Ability to accurately receive, count, and track inventory. <\/li>\n
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. <\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. <\/li>\n
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing\/warehouse environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
