This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sit-down forklift <\/span>operations<\/span> who thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments. Your primary responsibility will be to safely and efficiently locate, move, stack, and track <\/span>productos<\/span>, while supporting broader warehouse functions as needed. <\/span>Operators must be comfortable with S<\/span>tacking and unstacking unstable loads, Hauling stacked pallets <\/span>(often four at a time) <\/strong><\/span>navigating with precision and confidence in a fast-paced environment. <\/span>Ultimately, the goal is to reduce inventory damage and improve retention.<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Operate sit-down and dual forklifts, demonstrating safe driving, precision maneuvering, and proper stacking\/unstacking of freight.<\/span>
\u2022 <\/span>Successfully complete a forklift assessment to demonstrate operational competency.<\/span>
\u2022<\/span> <\/span>Load and unload materials to and from trailers and designated storage areas.<\/span>
\u2022 <\/span>Stack pallets in accordance with warehouse layout and inventory control standards.<\/span><\/div>\n
• Complete forms and handle basic documentation accurately.<\/span>
\u2022 <\/span>Work collaboratively with team members to meet inbound\/outbound schedules.<\/span><\/div>\n

\u2022 <\/span>Must be able to take <\/span>directions<\/span> from multiple supervisors and work independently.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Sit-down forklift experience<\/span> <\/span>in operations where product must be stacked or hauled with care<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Bonus if you’ve used a dual forklift<\/span> <\/span>or worked in tight warehouse settings with high stacking.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/span>No felony convictions or egregious misdemeanors.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
