In this role, you will support daily facility upkeep, assist with general maintenance tasks, and help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. <\/span><\/div>\n

Maintenance Assistant Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

  • Take out trash from guest areas, common areas, and designated collection points every morning.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with routine building maintenance and repair tasks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform basic repairs such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and completing minor touch-up work.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel grounds, walkways, and common areas.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to management.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with room inspections and preparation as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Support housekeeping and hotel staff with facility-related needs.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use maintenance tools and equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with moving furniture, supplies, and equipment as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Maintenance Assistant Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Previous maintenance, janitorial, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred but not required.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.<\/span><\/li>\n
