Assembly Technician<\/strong><\/span>
Automation Personnel Services is<\/span> seeking a reliable and motivated <\/span>Assembly Technician<\/strong><\/span> to join <\/span>a<\/span> growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the final stages of production —ensuring<\/span> <\/span>high-quality mattresses are properly compressed, rolled, and securely packed into boxes for order fulfillment. Pay Rate<\/strong><\/span> <\/span>

Monday through <\/span>Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm or 4:00pm-2:30am<\/span><\/div>\n
Assembly Technician<\/strong><\/span> Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Safely operate compression and rolling machinery to prep mattresses for packaging.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Efficiently place rolled mattresses into shipping boxes, seal packages securely, and apply accurate shipping labels.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Inspect finished mattresses and packaging for defects, dirt, or mislabeling before final staging.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Move boxed inventory to designated warehouse staging areas or pallets for shipment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with warehouse safety standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Assembly Technician <\/strong><\/span>Qualifications <\/strong><\/span>and<\/strong><\/span> Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and <\/span>lift up<\/span> to [50 <\/span>lbs<\/span>] regularly throughout an 8-to-<\/span>10 hour<\/span> shift. (Heavy lifting team-lifts required for larger mattress sizes).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to match order sheets with correct box sizes and shipping labels.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Previous experience in general labor, production, packaging, or warehouse environments is a plus, but <\/span>willing<\/span> to train the right candidate!<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Commitment to wearing required PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, etc.) and following safety protocols.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
