Automation Personnel Services is seeking a detail-oriented and hard-working 3PL Client Services Representative<\/strong> for a fast-paced, growing facility in Pasadena, TX. $19.00 to $20.00 per hour (Depends on experience)<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
(Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as needed)<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

3PL Client Services Representative Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including commercial invoices and bills of lading<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• Communicate daily with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• Track shipments, schedule pick-ups, and coordinate drop-offs<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding shipment status<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• Must have recent, hands-on SAP<\/strong> experience in a logistics, transportation, warehouse, or 3PL environment<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

3PL Client Services Representative Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• 4 plus years of extensive experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• Bilingual (English\/Spanish) a plus<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
• Strong communication and organizational skills<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
