Custodian\/Janitorial Associate<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

Automation Personnel Services is hiring for a Custodian\/Janitorial Associate<\/strong> in Pasadena, TX. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to maintain a clean, safe, and organized office and warehouse environment.<\/span><\/div>\n

Pay Rate<\/strong>
$16\/hr.<\/span><\/div>\n

Schedule and Hours<\/strong>
Monday through Friday [some Saturday as needed]
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM<\/span><\/div>\n

 Custodian\/Janitorial Associate Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms<\/li>\n
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum office and warehouse floors<\/li>\n
  • Dust offices, workstations, furniture, and equipment<\/li>\n
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors Empty trash cans and transport waste to dumpsters<\/li>\n
  • Break down cardboard boxes and remove recyclable materials<\/li>\n
  • Clean break rooms, common areas, and entryways<\/li>\n
  • Restock restroom and breakroom supplies<\/li>\n
  • Sweep warehouse areas and maintain clean walkways<\/li>\n
  • Perform periodic deep-cleaning duties<\/li>\n
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies<\/li>\n
  • Complete other housekeeping and facility cleaning duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
     <\/span><\/div>\n
    Custodian\/Janitorial Associate Qualifications and Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift<\/li>\n
    • Dependable with good attendance<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
