\u201cRecib\u00ed una llamada pidiendo ayuda en las labores de demolici\u00f3n para muchos de sus empleados cuyas casas se hab\u00edan inundado\u201d, dice Klene. \u201cEsta empresa hab\u00eda recibido cientos de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas de sus empleados cuyas casas hab\u00edan sufrido da\u00f1os, y acordaron cubrir el costo de la limpieza\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bernadette organiz\u00f3 de inmediato a los gerentes de sucursal y al personal de apoyo de las cuatro sucursales del \u00e1rea de Houston para elaborar un plan de acci\u00f3n y reclutar al personal necesario para ayudar en las labores de limpieza. El equipo trabaj\u00f3 sin descanso para coordinar los esfuerzos, reclutar trabajadores, procesar la documentaci\u00f3n y se puso manos a la obra para ayudar a las familias a iniciar la fase de limpieza.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl equipo pas\u00f3 los siguientes ocho d\u00edas retirando pisos, arrancando paneles de yeso y moviendo art\u00edculos personales como muebles y electrodom\u00e9sticos que hab\u00edan sido da\u00f1ados en la inundaci\u00f3n\u201d, dice Klene. \u201cUna vez que el agua baj\u00f3, sab\u00edamos que ten\u00edamos por delante de cinco a siete d\u00edas de duro trabajo para evitar que apareciera moho\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n

En total, las sucursales de Automation Personnel Services en Houston reunieron a 109 empleados temporales para ayudar con la limpieza de 37 hogares durante un periodo de ocho d\u00edas que comenz\u00f3 el domingo 22 de septiembre. Klene dice que fue un honor para ella y para el equipo de empleados de las sucursales y trabajadores temporales ayudar a sus amigos y vecinos necesitados.<\/p>\n

\u201cMuchas de estas familias afectadas acababan de reconstruir despu\u00e9s del hurac\u00e1n Harvey. Es simplemente devastador verlas pasar por esto de nuevo.
