Los curr\u00e9ndums son como los dedos me\u00f1iques. No parecen importar mucho hasta que no tienes uno. No importa cu\u00e1ntos curr\u00e9ndums cree, parece que olvido lo b\u00e1sico. Y aunque no faltan opiniones de expertos sobre c\u00f3mo hacer un curr\u00e9ndum impactante, puede volverse confuso. Pero no deber\u00eda ser as\u00ed. Si crees que eres el adecuado para un puesto, simplemente aseg\u00farate de que tu curr\u00edculum refleje tu experiencia<\/a>. Aqu\u00ed tienes, pues, algunas sugerencias para mantener el rumbo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introducci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

No quieren informaci\u00f3n que no coincida con el puesto. Est\u00e1n ocupados. Sean sim\u00e9tricos. Sean concisos. Tomen ideas. Entren y sean lo m\u00e1s eficientes posible con sus palabras y acciones.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iguala la industria, adec\u00faate al puesto <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

La \u00faltima vez que mi hija estuvo buscando trabajo, dijo: \u201cPap\u00e1, ya tengo un curr\u00edculum actualizado, as\u00ed que usar\u00e9 ese\u201d. Tu curr\u00edculum debe ser prioritizado para ajustarse a la descripci\u00f3n del puesto<\/a>. A veces eso significa reorganizar la misma informaci\u00f3n que tienes en diferentes lugares. A veces significa reescribir tu declaraci\u00f3n inicial. A veces significa eliminar experiencia laboral que no es pertinente para el puesto al que postulas. A veces significa todo lo anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Siempre recomiendo una carta de presentaci\u00f3n (a menos que se indique lo contrario). Aqu\u00ed te explico por qu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1: Permite mostrar tu personalidad. S\u00e9 brillante y positivo. Adem\u00e1s, puedes incluir conexiones personales u otra informaci\u00f3n interna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2: Le ofrece a tu lector una manera diferente de conocerte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3: Te da la oportunidad de presumir que t\u00fa conocer acerca de la empresa<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a1Prueba!<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Esto es algo que no necesita explicaciones, entonces \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 lo menciono? Porque un curr\u00edculum con errores es un curr\u00edculum en la papelera. Dicho de manera m\u00e1s formal \u201c\u2026simplemente no hay margen para cometer este tipo de errores, ya que sencillamente no ser\u00e1 tolerado.\u201d<\/a>  Los expertos en recursos humanos nos dicen que los errores en los curr\u00edculums son demasiado comunes. Lo primero que debe hacer despu\u00e9s de corregir su curr\u00edculum es dejarlo en paz durante la noche. Al d\u00eda siguiente, vuelva a leerlo. Esto le da una perspectiva nueva. Una vez que haya le\u00eddo su curr\u00edculum varias veces, p\u00eddale a otra persona que lo lea. A menudo, pasamos por alto lo obvio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
