Por m\u00e1s doloroso que haya sido este proceso, nos ha ense\u00f1ado a prestar m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n al fen\u00f3meno. Tambi\u00e9n ha motivado a los empleadores a ofrecer incentivos adicionales a quienes est\u00e9n dispuestos a trabajar.
