McKnight brings extensive experience in recruitment, business management, and workforce development. She previously served as a Talent Coordinator for Automation Personnel Services, where she managed the full-cycle recruitment process, developed strategic hiring solutions, and built strong relationships with clients and candidates. Prior to her staffing career, McKnight was the Owner\/Operator of The PPG Store, successfully managing operations, marketing, and financial performance for over a decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
