Bring them in early<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Get an early lead on advertising your seasonal hiring needs and stick to a deadline, GiffGaff CEO Steve Pritchard says in Business News Daily. It\u2019s vital to get the new workers in early because they will need training. \u201cYou need to be realistic about how long your seasonal staff will need to get to grips with their responsibilities, and it\u2019s better to be safe than sorry,\u201d Pritchard says.<\/p>\n

Decide in advance if you need an employee or a contractor<\/strong><\/h4>\n
