En esencia, esta es una cuesti\u00f3n de marketing. Sin embargo, probablemente no se den cuenta de c\u00f3mo es esa revoluci\u00f3n en la manufactura moderna. No es lo que piensan. As\u00ed que h\u00e1blales sobre el dise\u00f1o asistido por computadora, la inteligencia artificial, la automatizaci\u00f3n y la impresi\u00f3n 3D. \u00a1Les encantar\u00e1!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vende el futuro<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las investigaciones han demostrado que lo que los millenials m\u00e1s desean del trabajo es la realizaci\u00f3n personal. Eso significa aprender, crecer y avanzar. Los trabajos est\u00e1ticos y sin salida quedaron atr\u00e1s. La capacitaci\u00f3n continua est\u00e1 de moda. Las posibilidades de ascenso son enormes. Aseg\u00farese, tanto como sea posible, de que su empresa ofrezca a los j\u00f3venes un entorno y un futuro gratificantes. Y luego h\u00e1bleles de eso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reevaluar ofertas de empleo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cada oferta de empleo es un comercial para su empresa&nbsp;<em>y para la industria<\/em>.
