Administrative Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations within a fast-paced packaging and manufacturing environment. for a company located in Ranburne, AL. This role will assist with clerical duties, communication, and coordination to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 -$22.00 Based on Experience

Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage e-mails, correspondence, and filing system
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in company system
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination
  • Support with HR onboarding paperwork and employee records
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Communicating with vendors, clients and internal teams
  • Assist production or warehouse teams with administrative needs.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-3 years of administrative or office experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or packaging environments
  • Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems

Work Environment
  • Office setting within a warehouse/production facility
  • May require occasional interaction with production floor
