Fast Photonics Alignment Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Dedicated skilled and detail-oriented Alignment Machine Operator for a company based in Lewisville, Texas. The Alignment Machine Operator will be responsible to help ad support production on a high-precision manufacturing line. Hands on experience with optical systems, alignment procedures, cleanroom protocols, and semiconductor wafer process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Pay Rate:
$18 to $20 based on experience.
Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday 6am to 4:30pm
Alignment Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead precision optical and mechanical alignment processes, including setup, optimization, and verification of advanced alignment equipment.
- Develop, validate, and improve optical and microelectronic alignment workflows to support new product development and NPI builds.
- Analyze process and measurement data to drive yield improvements, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support rapid–turn prototype builds and production readiness in a fast–paced engineering environment.
- Ensure aligned components and assemblies meet strict optical, mechanical, and quality specifications.
- Collaborate cross–functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, and process engineering teams to integrate alignment processes into scalable production.
Alignment Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as a machine operator or similar role in the manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience with optical equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to stand, bend for long periods and ability to lift to 40 lbs.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production targets.
• Work in the cleanroom and must wear cleanroom clothing.
