Automation Personnel Services está buscando un Asociado de Lavandería Bilingüe–Español para una empresa ubicada en Harpersville, AL. En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar para una compañía de servicios de lavandería especializada en lavar, secar, doblar y controlar la calidad de ropa para hoteles, resorts y socios de la industria de la hospitalidad en toda la región. Este rol implica trabajar en equipo para procesar la ropa de manera eficiente y mantener altos estándares de limpieza y calidad.

Horario
Turno de día, lunes a domingo, de 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

**Asociado de Lavandería Bilingüe – Español
Deberes y Responsabilidades**
  1. Clasificar, lavar, secar y doblar la ropa según los protocolos de la empresa.
  2. Operar máquinas de lavandería comerciales de manera segura y eficiente.
  3. Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias, organizadas y en cumplimiento con las normas de seguridad.
  4. Inspeccionar la ropa para detectar manchas, rasgaduras o problemas de calidad.
  5. Seguir las asignaciones diarias de producción y cumplir con los objetivos de rendimiento.
  6. Comunicarse eficazmente con los compañeros de trabajo y supervisores (se requiere español; bilingüe preferido).
  7. Ayudar con la carga y descarga de ropa y preparar pedidos completados para entrega.

Calificaciones y Requisitos**
  1. Se requiere hablar español; se prefiere bilingüe inglés/español.
  2. Tener experiencia previa en lavandería, almacén o producción es útil pero no requerido.
  3. Capacidad para estar de pie, agacharse y levantar entre 30–40 lbs durante todo el turno.
  4. Ser confiable, puntual y capaz de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
  5. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
