Assistant Press Operator (Spanish)
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Assistant Press Operators who are fluent in Spanish for a company based in Nashville, TN. This position works alongside press operators to ensure printed garments are processed efficiently and accurately.

Pay Rate 
$16.50 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 4 30 pm to 1 00 am.

Assistant Press Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Duties include catching shirts as they come off the press, inspecting for quality, tagging folding, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. 
  • Inspect garments for print quality and defects.
  • Tag, fold, and package finished products.
  • Sort and organize completed orders.
  • Assist press operators with production needs.
  • Help meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Assistant Press Operator Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of times.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
