Bilingual Warehouse Associate

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Associate for a company based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform an array of functions that include picking and filling orders, measuring and cutting a variety of hoses, and managing/organizing stock in the warehouse.

You'll play a key role in assembling products, preparing customer orders, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Every day brings variety, opportunities to learn new skills, and hands-on experience with equipment and materials. This position offers the chance to build valuable warehouse and logistics experience while contributing to a safe, productive, and fast-paced workplace where your work makes a direct impact

Pay Rate 
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional availability on Saturdays. 

Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate assembly equipment with proper training
  • Prepare orders by processing pick tickets; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
  • Maintains inventory by collecting stock location orders, recording amounts of materials picked and noting discrepancies.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat; sweep and organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Operate materials handling equipment with proper training
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damages to supervisors
  • Provide assistance or directions to other warehouse employees
Job Title Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Hose and Fittings product knowledge is preferred, but not required
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • Ability to read a tape measure preferred
  • Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to and work in a variety of situations to support the company’s goals
  • Must be comfortable lifting heavy items and using warehouse machinery
