Cleaning Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Cleaning Specialist for a company based in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently while helping prepare newly constructed homes for showings. This is a great position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in job sites, and evening hours.

Pay Rate
$17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Typically 35–40 hours per week. Evening schedule starting at 5:00 pm until work is finished.

Cleaning Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare newly constructed homes for showings and walkthroughs.
  • Complete punch list items, including light repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Use cleaning products and basic hand tools safely and effectively.
  • Drive company vehicles to various residential job sites throughout the Charlotte area.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail at all job sites.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Construction Cleaning / Punch List Technician Qualifications and Requirements
  • Up-to-date driver's license and clean MVR required
  • Previous cleaning, construction, or maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
  • Ability to work evening hours and varying job site locations.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
