FORKLIFT OPERATOR – 2ND SHIFT 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Forklift Operator – 2nd Shift for a company based in Buford, Georgia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the movement and management of materials that support diagnostics, pharmaceutical development, and life sciences research.

Pay Rate 
$20.00 per hour (includes $2.00 per hour shift differential). 

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 11 30 am to 8 00 pm.

Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pick, stage, label, and prepare orders for shipping using forklifts, pallet jacks, or cherry pickers.
  • Unload inbound shipments, inspect for damage, and move products safely to storage locations.
  • Load outbound shipments efficiently, verifying product, quantity, and labeling accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and recordkeeping.
  • Repack, consolidate, or wrap products as needed and perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • OSHA forklift certification required, HAZMAT certification a plus.
  • Experience operating forklifts, counterbalance trucks, standup reach trucks, or order selectors.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Drug screening and background check requirement.
