INVENTORY – A/P CLERK
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Inventory – A/P Clerk for a company based in Marion, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to Assisting A/P, resolving issues, and entering information for production and shipping. Duties include handling customer complaints, processing/entering orders and returns, maintaining records of interactions, entering production data, invoicing, and other duties listed below. Essential skills for this role are excellent communication, computer skills, problem-solving, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Pay Rate
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 7 30 am to 5 00 pm, Friday 7 30 am to 11 30 am
Inventory A/P Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries and orders, responding professionally and empathetically. Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns or exchanges. Enter Credit Memos.
• Enter orders from Customers into Macola and confirm PO receipt for blended salt. Post production, receivers, shipments into customer SAP system.
• Pull load tickets for shipping from customer SAP system. Print labels for production from customer SAP system.
• Billing/Invoice for production and send to customer and match cash posted to invoices. Billing/invoice for shipments and send to customer and match cash posted to invoices.
Inventory A/P Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
• Backup switchboard operator. Enter remittances.
• Scan and file Invoices, Shipments, and Receivers. Help with end of month with closing reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while maintaining a positive brand image for the company.
• Other duties as assigned.
