Night Shift Logistics Coordinator 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for several Night Shift  Logistics Coordinators for a company based in Dalton, GA. Focused on ‘Zero Energy Homes’ that promote energy independence and significantly reduce carbon emissions. This initiative is creating powerful synergy in the global residential energy market.
 
Pay Rate 
$22.00 per hour 

Schedule and Hours 
Night shift: 8:00pm -8:00am (2 days on/2 days off/3 days on- every other weekend)

Night Shift Logistics Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including transportation, inventory, and shipping for incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Manage and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams (manufacturing, procurement, and planning) to streamline supply chain processes.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, identifying shortages or delays, and taking proactive steps to resolve them.
  • Prepare shipping documents, reports, and records in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Resolve logistical challenges quickly and efficiently, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Night Shift Logistics Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements 
  • At least 1 year of previous experience 
  • Oversee forklift operator activities, including maintaining daily sign-off sheets, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating break schedules.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and shipping platforms.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
