Panel Assembler
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Panel Assembler for a company based in Elkwood, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing manufacturer that 
Pay Rate 
1st shift: $16.00+ per hour, depending on experience PLUS a monthly bonus payout
2nd shift: $16.50+ per hour, depending on experience PLUS a monthly bonus payout

After 2 months of employment, associates are eligible for the bonus program
Production amount is tracked weekly, payout is monthly
Schedule and Hours 
1st shift: Monday through Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.
2nd shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am
Panel Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble wall panels according to production specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and build diagrams
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
  • Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity
  • Follow all company safety procedures, including PPE requirements and safe material-handling practices
Panel Assembler Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to read basic measurements and use tape measures accurately
  • Experience with hand tools or power tools preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow build instructions
  • Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing is helpful but not required
