Press Brake Operator
Automation Personnel Services is seeking someone that is interested in being a Press Brake Set Up Operator for a company in Euless, TX.  In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operating fabrication machines to cut, bend, and straighten metal pieces.
 
Pay Rate
$19.00 to $23.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 2:30 AM to 11:00 PM
 
Press Brake Set Up Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set Up Press brake for production operators.
  • Create programs at controller to form metal parts.
  • Use Blueprints to pull punch and dies to form parts.
  • Use Calipers and height gages to inspect parts.
  • Troubleshoot problems that occur while running jobs.
  • Operate and run production quantities of sheet metal parts.
 
Press Brake Set Up Operator Qualifications & Requirements
  • 2 years’ minimum experience setting up CNC Brake Presses.
  • Must be familiar with running materials such as steel galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
  • Must be proficient at picking tooling to form parts.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
  • Must know how to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gages.
  • Clean Drug Screen and Background Required.
