Production Associate:
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a reliable, experienced Production Associate to join a manufacturing and distribution team in Charlotte. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in distribution or manufacturing who is comfortable on their feet and comfortable with performing physical work. 
Pay Rate 
$15.25 / hr. 
Schedule and Hours 
8:00am-3:30pm Tuesday-Saturday 
 Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Stack pallets with cases of water, soda, energy drinks, etc. Each case weighs 10-25lbs
  • Breakdown cardboard, trash, and maintain a clean work station.
  • Move items from pallets onto conveyor lines that run through the facility ensuring to keep each conveyor line appropriately stocked. On busy days you could be moving cases from up to 5 pallets onto 5 conveyor lines. 
  • Help with order fulfillment by identifying product on the pick screen and pulling it from your inventory onto conveyor lines to be processed.
 
Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements 
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing environments required.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be comfortable working in a non–temperature controlled environment.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to reach over your head, bend, and squat.
