Production Associate-Low/Mid Voltage
 
Ready to Put Your Skills to Work Where It Counts?
Automation Personnel Services is seeking is seeking Production Associates to support the assembly and production of electrical power distribution and control equipment. 
This role is ideal for candidates with low- to mid-voltage electrical experience, the ability to read technical drawings, and hands-on wiring skills. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate 
$24.00-$42.00 per hour, Depending on experience

Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. 
 
Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble, wire, and test low- and mid-voltage electrical components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Support quality control and safety procedures in a production environment
  • Perform soldering and component installation as needed
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams
Production Associate Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required• Experience with low- to mid-voltage wiring and electrical assembly
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Soldering experience a plus
  • Production supervisory or manager experience preferred for expert-level roles
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
  • Experience in a high-volume invoice processing environment
