Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a receptionist / admin assistant for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for answering multi-line phone calls, transferring calls to the correct department, greeting clients, scheduling,  and other related duties. 
 
Pay Rate  
$18-$20 Based on experience 
 
Schedule and Hours  
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 
 
Receptionist Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities  
  • Answering multi-line phone calls and directing visitors to the correct office/ department. 
  • Creating service tickets and scheduling warranty appointments.
  • Scheduling inspections.
  • Creating and maintaining job files.
  • Enter customer and job information into software to set up service, special projects and traffic jobs.
  • Copying and filing invoices and job tickets
  • Entering bids into template
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
 
Receptionist Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of Receptionist, Front Desk, Administrative experience 
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other employees. 
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete clerical tasks throughout the day.
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Construction experience a plus.
