REGRIND ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a motivated Regrind Associate to join a custom sign manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating and assisting with the regrind process by loading scrap plastic and other materials into grinding equipment, monitoring production, and supporting various manufacturing tasks throughout the department. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, follows safety procedures, and is willing to assist wherever needed to support team goals.
 
 
Pay Rate 
 $15.00 an hour
 
Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Thursday 7am-4:45pm and 
Fridays will be as needed.
 
Regrind Associate–Duties and Responsibilities
  • Load scrap materials and production waste into grinding machines. 
  • Monitor grinding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. 
  • Sort, inspect, and prepare materials for the regrind process. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area. 
  • Assist with material handling, including moving products and materials throughout the facility. 
  • Support production team members with various manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed. 
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. 
  • Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisors. 
  • Accurately complete production records and documentation when required. 
  • Help maintain quality standards for recycled and reprocessed materials.
 
Regrind Associate– Associate Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing 
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 16th of inch
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds with assistance.
