Restoration Technician  
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a dedicated and reliable Restoration Technician in the Montgomery, Alabama area to work. In this role, you must perform production processes to fulfill service needs of individual restoration projects and maintain the professional appearance of the company and Automation. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the production technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. In most events, you will restore damage by fire, water, mold or other events.  
Pay Rate  
$16.00 per hour 
Schedule and Hours  
1st Shift 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Monday through Friday, we must be able to work evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.
 
Restoration Technician Duties and Responsibilities 
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. 
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance. 
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project. 
• Perform production processes as directed. 
• Always adhere to safety and risk management guidelines. 
• Communicate with the crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes. 
• Perform end-of-day/end of job cleanup and breakdown. Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance. 
• Other tasks/duties as required by employer or management. 
 
Restoration Technician Qualifications and Requirements   
• Flexibility to work 8-12hr shifts. 
• Must be willing to travel out of the area and overnight may be expected. 
• Must be able to communicate effectively. 
• Ability to lift 50lb – 100lb throughout shift. (Lifting assessment given in the office)
• Must have an excellent attendance and punctuality record.
• Must be independent and show initiative and pride in work.
• Will be walking and standing for long periods of time, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting /carrying objects, working with and around chemicals.
• Will be exposed to heat, noxious odors, etc. 
• Noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. 
• Will be required to wear a respirator occasionally for safety reasons. 
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proper unexpired documents required to complete the Federal I-9 process.
• Background and Drug Testing is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
